Helpful Tips

The information below may be helpful when you want to reach a staff member. Please remember your provider may be busy in clinic or out of the building when you call. You will be asked a few questions regarding the nature of your call, then an electronic message will be routed to the appropriate staff member and you will receive a call back.

Symptoms: If you are at home and are concerned about some symptoms, please call sooner rather than later. Don’t wait.

Prescriptions: Please do not allow you prescription medications to drop below one weeks supply. Insurance authorization is only required for some medication refills, this will give everyone time to process the order. Most routine prescriptions can be easily refilled by calling your local pharmacy.

Test Results: Some tests results may take longer than 24 hours. A staff member will call you once the results are reviewed by a provider.
