Steamed Lemon Broccoli Sprouts 2
containers of fresh broccoli sprouts Wash the sprouts under gentle running water with produce wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Spread sprouts on a plate. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper. Place a moist paper towel over the sprouts. Lightly steam the sprouts for about 30 seconds in the microwave, just warm through. Serves 4. |
