Low-Fat Black Bean Dip

1 can (15oz) Black Beans, undrained

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

½ tsp. Garlic salt

¼ cup salsa

½ tsp. Ground cumin

¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper

Paprika (optional)

In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients together. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.  Serve with low-fat tortilla chips, whole-wheat crackers, or pita bread.

Makes approximately 1 cup of dip
