Cancer Prevention Guidelines
Adopting a healthy lifestyle is an important key to preventing cancer. While it's true that genetics can play a role in the degree of your cancer risk, there are many things you can do to reduce that risk.
These are things you can control, choices that you can start making today. The good news is that by learning and living these habits, you can help prevent 65 to 85 percent of all cancers. So, read and study the guidelines below . This list features suggestions to help prevent specific types of cancer. Then, look for ways to apply these tips to your life.
